Food Secrets to Stay Young

Is school or work stressing you out? Do you feel that you may be heading to a quick death? At least you can keep your great appearance while on your way to the grave. Just follow these simple food suggestions to stay as beautiful as you are today!


1. Drink plenty of water: alkaline water, or spring water (recommended over tap water).





2. Acerola extract: used in antioxidant skin-care product to fight cellular aging.  Contains mineral salts that promote the re-mineralization of tired and stressed skin. 








3. Green Tea: protects the skin from the effects of harmful free radicals that can lead to wrinkling.
