Beneficial Herbs for Memory



Hawthorn: Tablets. take 100-250 mg 3 times daily.  Improves circulation in blood vessels serving the brain.








Soy Lecithin: Capsules. Take 15,000-25000 mg (15-25 gm ) daily.  Reduces memory loss in smokers and in people with high blood pressure.
