Healthier Steak Fajitas



Ingredients:
salsa
Sea salt
black pepper
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 medium yellow onion (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 pound  flank or skirt steak, cut against the grain into 1/2-inch thick strips
6 small whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms sliced into thin strips
1 avocado sliced





In a large skillet:

Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in  medium to high heat.
Add onions; cook, stirring occasionally, until starting to brown, about 3 minutes.
Add peppers and mushrooms to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers start to brown, about 3 minutes more.
Add beef, salt and pepper to taste; cook until brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. 

Heat tortillas.
Spoon meat and vegetables into center of tortillas.
Top off with sliced avocado and salsa.
